Since quitting alcohol in 2019, Sarah Connelly has dedicated herself to understanding the science and psychology behind why high-achieving professionals get caught in the grey area drinking trap – and what it actually takes to get out.

She is an accredited Master Grey Area Drinking Coach, counsellor and speaker based in Brisbane, Australia, personally trained by Jolene Park, the global originator of the grey area drinking concept. She has supported hundreds of professionals across Australia and internationally to change their relationship with alcohol for good.
