Hello!

Since quitting alcohol in 2019, I’ve experienced a level of happiness and peace I never thought possible.

I drank to relax, fit in, and numb my feelings, which slowly drained my motivation and self-worth.

After losing my parents, I realized I needed to change. I sought help at an in-patient clinic, which transformed my life, for many different reasons. 

Since then, I've become fascinated by the science and psychology of why some of us get caught in the alcohol trap.

What I've learned has freed me from shame, and any desire to drink again.  

My mission is to help others who also want to experience the joy that comes with missing out on all the negative consequences of drinking, so they can live a life they love.
