Sarah Connelly is an accredited Master Grey Area Drinking Coach, counsellor and speaker based in Brisbane, Australia. She quit drinking in 2019 and has since supported hundreds of professionals across Australia and internationally to reset their relationship with alcohol.

This guide is grounded in the same evidence-based, shame-free approach she brings to her coaching.
