Hi, I'm Sarah Connelly


I’m a Coach and Counsellor, Certified in Gray Area Drinking, Subconscious Dynamics, NLP and Hypnotheraphy. I'm also a former grey area drinker who supports high-achieving professionals in changing their relationship with alcohol.  

After 20+ years in coaching, leadership and education, it wasn’t until I stopped drinking that I truly understood the cost of relying on alcohol to cope. What looked like a nightly reward was quietly stealing my clarity, confidence, and connection.

Since then, I’ve dedicated my work to guiding others through this empowering transition — blending neuroscience, psychology, relatable connection, nutrition, and real-world rituals that work.
