Sarah is a speaker and coach empowering professionals to redefine their relationship with alcohol, unlocking meaningful transformation in both their personal and professional lives.

What Sarah Speaks About

Sarah tailors every session to the audience and context. Her most requested topics are:

  • Grey area drinking – what it is, why it is so common in high-performance workplaces, and what to do about it
  • Alcohol and mental health – the real relationship between drinking, anxiety, sleep and performance
  • The science of alcohol – why smart, successful people keep returning to something they know is not serving them
  • Identity and change – why willpower does not work and what actually creates lasting change
  • Building a toolkit beyond alcohol – practical strategies for managing stress, winding down and socialising without drinking
  • Leadership and alcohol – how leaders can model and support a healthier workplace culture around alcohol

What Your Audience Will Experience

This is not a lecture. It is not preachy, and it does not demonise alcohol or the people who drink. Sarah’s style is warm, honest and often funny. She creates a trusting environment from the moment she starts speaking, which means people feel safe to actually listen and reflect rather than switching off.

Audiences leave with a clearer understanding of their own relationship with alcohol, practical tools they can use immediately, and a different way of thinking about a topic most people have never heard discussed this honestly in a professional setting.

The feedback is consistently the same: people did not expect to find it that relevant to them, and they are glad they heard it.
