Once you commit you've done a lot of the hard work already. Many do not get to this point and you're well on your way. No refunds are offered once you commit.

This program is not an addiction support program and I am not a licensed Addiction Therapist. This program is for grey area drinkers who do not experience severe alcohol withdrawal symptoms such as tremors, nausea, and seizures.

Your success is dependent on showing up and being coachable.  Please mark your calendars and aim to join at least one call a week.
